This Warranty Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Warranty"applies exclusively to authentic Gearflow products purchased directly from the Gearflow official website or an authorized Gearflow distributor or reseller.
The warranty period commences on the date of physical delivery to the end-user customer. For products purchased via authorized distributors, the delivery date to the end buyer shall prevail, not the date of distributor bulk procurement. Consequently, a valid proof of purchase is strictly required to validate and claim any warranty services.Where mandatory local consumer legislation imposes a longer statutory warranty period, the warranty term shall be extended to comply with local legal requirements. The duration of the warranty period varies by region in accordance with local legal mandates:·Customers in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom: Entitled to a 2-year warranty.·Customers in all other countries and regions: Entitled to a 1-year warranty.
·Gearflow provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.The warranty coverage begins on the original date of delivery.·This Warranty strictly covers product defects manifested during standard operation and explicitly excludes normal wear and tear. Throughout the designated warranty period, Gearflow wil repair or replace defective components at no additional charge.·Note on Consumables: Consumables are defined as parts or components that naturally degrade, wear out, or deplete over time through normal use (including, but not limited to, binding systems).These items are not covered under this Warranty.
This Warranty shall not be voided in full by the below acts. Only damage directly caused by the following conduct shall be excluded from warranty coverage; manufacturing or materia defects inherent to the product itself remain covered:·The product undergoes any unauthorized modifications or tampering with its hardware, schematics, or internal firmware without explicit written authorization from Gearflow.·The product or any of its sub-systems have been repaired adjusted, or altered without explicit written authorization from Gearflow.·The product has been subjected to misuse, improper storage. operational abuse, or utilized for unlawful purposes.·The product is disassembled or serviced by anyone other than Gearflow technicians or an officially certified Gearflow service center.·The product is integrated,operated,or paired with non-Gearflow parts, components, or peripheral accessories without official Gearflow certification.Warranty seals, unique serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting markers damaged accidentally by normal use shall not invalidate warranty rights; only intentional defacement, erasure or alteration to conceal product faults shall exclude warranty eligibility.
This Warranty does not extend to or cover damages resulting from the following circumstances:·Malfunctions, faults, or damages not originating from defects in product design, engineering, or manufacturing.·Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or poor workmanship executed by individuals other than Gearflow or its authorized service providers.·Damage resulting from negligence, exposure to high temperatures, fire, liquid ingress, flooding, or severe corrosion ·Products that have been lost, misplaced, or stolen.·Products on which the original serial numbers, barcode labels, or tracking tags have been intentionally altered, defaced, or removed.·Products presented without a valid, verifiable proof of purchase, or those whose warranty period has expired. Valid proof of purchase includes official digital order records, electronic invoices, distributor sales receipts and physical tax invoices verifiable by Gearflow.·Damage resulting from unauthorized teardowns, alterations, or repairs performed by unapproved third-party service providers or individuals.·Battery Maintenance: Damage or performance degradation of batteries arising from insufficient maintenance is not covered by this Warranty. To maintain optimal battery health, Gearflow recommends fully charging the battery at least once every three months during non-use. Batteries defective upon factory delivery remain fully covered regardless of discharge state. Damage solely caused by prolonged deep discharge due to user neglect shall be excluded from warranty coverage.·Damage caused by operating the device with an unapproved, third-party, deeply degraded, or out-of-warranty battery, or under severe environmental conditions that exceed the environmental parameters specified in the official product datasheet and user manual.·Reliability or compatibility issues arising from the integration and use of unauthorized third-party accessories, plugins, or components.·Physical damage caused by human error or misuse outside of standard operating conditions, including but not limited to violent handling, drops, crushing, severe external impacts, or exposure to hostile environments (e.g., extreme temperatures, high humidity, excessive dust, or corrosive gases). Environmental damage shall only be excluded if operating conditions exceed the official product specification limits.·Damage resulting from improper operation that deviates from instructions detailed in official Gearflow user manuals and guidelines.
·To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to: support@gearflow-robotics.com, enclosing detailed information regarding the claim along with a valid proof of purchase. Warranty claims may also be submitted via authorized local Gearflow distributors and regional customer service hotlines. Our customer service team will review and respond to your request within 1–2 working days upon receipt of complete supporting documents.·Minor repairs or replacements shall be completed within 7 calendar days; complex servicing shall be concluded within 30 calendar days. Temporary replacement equipment can be provided upon request for extended downtime.·Please Note: Authorized Gearflow distributors may offer their own extended warranties or alternative commercial warranty policies. If you purchased your product through a distributor, please contact them directly to understand their specific after-sales services.
The benefits provided under this express Warranty are supplementary to, and do not prejudice, the statutory rights you enjoy under applicable regional consumer protection laws. Where local regulations mandate consumer rights that cannot be contractually excluded or limited, such statutory rights shall take precedence. In the event of any discrepancy between this document and local consumer laws, local statutory law shall prevail to the extent required by law.
