The Gearflow C2 is a smart wearable device designed specifically for outdoor leisure. It provides powered assistance during outdoor activities such as hiking and trekking, making your outdoor explorations easier and more enjoyable.
The Gearflow C2 supports 4 intelligent modes to meet your needs in different scenarios:
Transparent Mode: Provides a natural, unassisted wearing experience with zero assistance.
Adaptive Mode: Intelligently senses your motion state and terrain changes, automatically adjusting and matching the most appropriate power output in real time.
Overload Mode: Full-power output state. This mode provides a powerful assistance range of 100%–140%, and you can customize the specific value via the official Gearflow+ APP.
Fitness Mode: Provides appropriate resistance through a specific algorithm to assist your daily physical exercise.
No. The Gearflow C2 is an outdoor leisure wearable device. Please do not use it for rehabilitation or medical purposes. It is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of any disease.
Not recommended. This product cannot help you maintain walking or standing balance, nor can it support body weight, prevent falls, or alleviate pain. Therefore, individuals with mobility impairments or deficiencies in balance and motor ability are strictly prohibited from using it.
This product is intended for adults and adolescents who meet specific body type requirements only. Body types that are too large or too small may affect device functionality or cause physical discomfort (you can perform a body fit assessment via the Gearflow+ APP or product page). For safety reasons, pregnant women are strictly prohibited from using it; minors under 18 years of age must use it under the full supervision and guidance of an adult.
When using it for the first time, please strictly follow the instructions in the user manual and avoid trying it for the first time in potentially risky outdoor locations. When wearing the device, please ensure that the waist belt and leg straps are fastened over your clothing, avoiding direct contact with the skin to prevent allergies or injury.
It is suitable for regular outdoor leisure and hiking. Please do not use it in high-risk sports or extreme environments. When using it in complex environments such as mountainous areas, it is recommended to plan your route in advance and carry a comprehensive travel guide.
The Gearflow C2 has an IP54 water and dust resistance rating, providing protection against daily splashes, but it is not suitable for prolonged exposure to rain or submersion in water. During transportation, storage, and use, please be sure to avoid exposure to heavy rain. (Special note: When metal terminals, charging ports, or the charger are wet, strictly prohibit connecting to a power source. Ensure all components are completely dry before operation to prevent electric shock or fire.)
The Gearflow C2 contains components that emit electromagnetic fields. Individuals using pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices must consult their doctor and the device manufacturer before use. If any signs of interference are discovered during normal use, please stop using it immediately.
The built-in lithium battery must be kept away from fire sources or heat sources such as heating furnaces. Use in environments with strong static electricity or strong magnetic fields is prohibited.
Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly of the product, or piercing of the battery is strictly prohibited. The use of non-original components and accessories is strictly prohibited; if replacement is needed, please contact official technical support.
If you encounter any of the following abnormalities during use, please stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service:

-The product stops operating unexpectedly;
-Internal components of the product are damaged;
-The product makes abnormal sounds, or the indicator lights flash abnormally, or the status display is incorrect.
